Tear drop trailer year is unknown And since of its size it doesn’t have a registration or VIN. All wood exterior and sealed! New brackets replaced last Feb 2023 with paperwork from Lesch Swab. Redid the inside and outside sealing it to make it waterproof. Comes with bedding(2 sets of sheets, 2 top blankets 2 pillows, 2 throw pillows) Poppy decals, cooler, water jug, cooking utensils, table one chair, rug, old fashion propane stove, tear drop cover(200$value) and so much more Trailer weighs 600lbs dry and 800lbs wet Always stored in garage! Comes with two anti theft locks (75$ each value of 150$) for both wheels and installed car alarm (30$ value) for extra security! All keys included for doors about 7 copies Comes with a ball socket lock(20$ value) for security as well!
