2021 Tiffin Phaeton IH special build with oversized Cummins Diesel 450HP. Power glide chassis with extra-large storage on rollers below coach. Onan generator. Every window has a pull-out awning, windows are shaded. This deluxe RV has 4 slide outs, added Wi-Fi extender, Three TV’s inside and one outside. One TV is on an electronic popup. Satellite with receiver. The kitchen has a double door refrigerator, pantry, microwave with convection oven, dishwasher, and a pantry. The interior is leather with leather furniture, and an electric fireplace. 1.5 bathrooms, washer and dryer, two queen size beds. One is in the bedroom and one is a pullout with an air mattress. The water heater is an Aqua Hot system for instant hot water. Three air conditioners, heat pump for cooler days with all electric systems so no propane is needed. I also have an optional flat tow that goes with the unit for an extra fee. Unit only has 3,020 miles on it. It was used one time only driving it from Alabama back home to Arizona. Paid $330,000 but have to sell because of health reasons. Unit has been kept in an air-conditioned garage.
